Apple Cider Jelly

B.C. produces about 30% of all the apples grown in Canada and 98% of these are grown in the Okanagan/Similkameen Valley. This jelly combines the juicy goodness of local apples with craft hard cider and makes a wonderful accompaniment to a cheese platter.
