Cranberry Pear Vinaigrette

There’s more to cranberries than just taste. Research indicates they have powerful phytochemicals that give a range of health benefits so if our product inventory seems a bit weighted with cranberry products – well, that’s the reason. Combined with Okanagan grown pears and locally BC VQA white wine, you have a very smooth tasting vinaigrette. We’ve been know to add it to our turkey meatloaf or burgers at our house to add moisture and flavour.
