Cranberry Strawberry Vinaigrette

You know it’s spring when you bite into that first Okanagan berry that’s fresh picked and red to the centre. We’ve added a balsamic vinegar to this recipe which is another product of the grape vine, sweeter than traditional white vinegar that makes this vinaigrette a bit on the sweeter side of our production.
