Giving up salt doesn’t mean giving up flavour. This seasoning has no added salt or sugar but packs a powerful taste with the combination of freshly dried herbs. It has a definite “dilly” flavour so is a great rub for fish or chicken. Rub the inside and the outside of a whole chicken and roast it on the BBQ. You’ll have the whole neighbourhood drooling. Mix it into sour cream and mayo and you have a great sandwich spread or the beginnings of an easy potato salad, egg salad sandwich… the list is endless.
