We do not currently have a retail location, however you can find our products at the Kelowna Farmer’s Market as well as many locations throughout the Okanagan Valley. Keep in mind that not all of our retailers carry our full product line, so if there is something specific you are looking for, ordering through our website is your best bet.

🍹 Pepper Jelly Margaritas🍹⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Makes 4⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌵 2/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌵 1/3 cup cranberry juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌵 1 cup tequila⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌵 1/2 cup triple sec⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌵 1/4 cup Taste of the Okanagan Cranberry Jalapeño Jelly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher and stir well to dissolve jelly. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 1/4 of the mixture. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass with salted rim.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🎉 TIP: melt a small amount of pepper jelly in the microwave on a plate. Turn glasses upside down to rim the edge with jelly, followed by salt.

Individual servings of our favourite Fiesta Shrimp Individual servings of our favourite Fiesta Shrimp Dip! Perfect for your socially distanced game day! 🏈

🍤 FIESTA SHRIMP DIP 🍤

•	 12-16 shrimp, cleaned and deveined
•	 1 clove garlic, minced
•	 1 tbsp butter
•	 1 jar Taste of the Okanagan Fiesta Pear Salsa
•	 150g shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
•	 125g Cream Cheese, softened
•	 125g Sour Cream
•	 2 tbsp Taste of the Okanagan South of the Border Seasoning
•	 1 handful of fresh cilantro,
•	 chopped (sub parsley if preferred)
•	 2-3 green onions, chopped

Melt butter & garlic in a pan and sauté shrimp until cooked through. 

While shrimp are cooking mix softened cream cheese with sour cream and seasoning mix. Spread evenly on the bottom of your serving dish. This will be your first
layer. Next, layer the jar of Fiesta Pear Salsa, on top of the cream cheese layer.

When shrimp is cooked, rough chop into small pieces, and layer on top of the salsa. Top shrimp with shredded cheese, and then top cheese with the chopped cilantro and green onions. 

Serve with tortilla chips.

How about something a little healthier for game da How about something a little healthier for game day? 🏈 While I love a good fried appy, sometimes it's nice to have something a little lighter to balance things out. These smoked salmon and cucumber rolls are a refreshing and low-carb option for your game day spread.

Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Rolls

• 240g cream cheese softened
• 3 tbsp Taste of the Okanagan Lemon Dill Vinaigrette (or more to taste)
• 1 pkg smoked salmon finely chopped
• 1 or 2  field cucumbers
• Fresh dill to garnish

In bowl, combine cream cheese with Taste of the Okanagan Lemon Dill Vinaigrette. Taste and add more if desired.

Trim ends of cucumber. Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline slicer, cut cucumber lengthwise, avoiding the “seedy” centre. Turn cucumber by one-quarter each time centre is just about reached. Pat slices dry.

Spread or spoon 1 tbsp (15 mL) cream cheese mixture along each strip and top with some of the smoked salmon. Roll up and secure the end with a little bit of cream cheese mixture. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill. 

Serve immediately as they will release water and get a bit soggy if they sit too long.

Another use for your half eaten jar of pepper jell Another use for your half eaten jar of pepper jelly and another recipe perfect for Superbowl this Sunday 🏈 ... Plus, it's WING WEDNESDAY! I call that a win-win-win!

PEPPER JELLY CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs chicken wings
•1 Tbsp BAKING POWDER (whatever you do, do NOT use baking soda)
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 4 tablespoons Beer Blasted Jalapeno Jelly

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450F.

Dry chicken with a paper towel really well. Place the wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle baking powder and salt over the wings. Toss until all wings are evenly covered in baking powder.

Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack  on top and spray with cooking oil to prevent sticking.

Lay the chicken wings on the rack, leaving space between the wings.

Turn the heat down to 425F and bake for 20 minutes then flip and bake 20 more, until the wings are nicely browned and crisp.

•Let the wings rest for 5 minutes. This will preserve crispiness of the skin. Then toss with our Beer Blasted Jalapeno Jelly.

• 500g Ground Beef
• 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
• 1 Clove garlic, finely minced
• 1/4 cup Taste of the Okanagan Bacon Ketchup, plus more for dipping
• 200g cheddar cheese, sliced into small cubes
• 2 balls of frozen pizza dough, thawed (apx 680g each)
• 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
• sesame seeds
.....
• Sautee the ground beef and onions until no longer pink.
• Add the Bacon Ketchup and cook for a couple more minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to cool.
• Roll out your dough and cut into circles. Using the same circle cutter, cut the circles into football shapes by cutting off a crescent moon shaped slice on the side of each circle. • Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of half the footballs, top with a piece of cheese, and cover with a second piece of football shaped dough.
• Using a fork, press all around the edges to seal.
• place on a baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
• Bake for apx 25 mins at 350°F or until golden brown.
• Serve with Taste of the Okanagan Bacon Ketchup for dipping.

Do you have a half eaten jar of pepper jelly lefto Do you have a half eaten jar of pepper jelly leftover from your holiday charcuterie board? Not sure what else to do with it? Try it in this super simple vinaigrette.

Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette

2 tablespoons pepper jelly (we used our Jalapeno Gin Jelly cause that's what was leftover in our fridge, but any of our jellies would work great with this recipe!)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

And all the ingredients to a jar and shake till combined. Toss with your favourite salad mix.
